ALLPOINTS CORPORATE EXPRESS GOES "LIVE" WITH ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
After what sometime seemed like endless anticipation Allpoints Corporate Express has gone "live" with our all new Online Booking system. According to Neal Arnold this system will allow our customers complete control of their accounts.
They will be able to create or edit their customer profile. This includes updating credit card information as well as address and other information. Because the credit card number is truncated not even the owner's of the company can see the full credit card number. With an eye towards security the client may edit their password or continue to use the one provided.
Need to book a trip? No problem just open you account and fill out the provided form and your information will be submitted directly into our ULS booking software where a confirmation is returned.
With this clowd based software clients can see their future trips or history of past transfers.
Allpoints had a system before but found that it did not work on all browsers. Clients also complained that they had to redundantly enter information such as credit card numbers and addresses. According to Robin Mirbahaeddin, of ULS, that is all a thing of the past. "The system will populate the forms with the information in the clients profile. They can even note flights or hotels that they regularly use." The system has specific features for travel professionals to allow them to book for their clients and manage their accounts.
The system is easily accessed by just going to our website and navagating to the "Contact" page. There is a large icon "Online Booking" which takes you directly to the log in page for the system.
According to Neal Arnold, owner of Allpoints, this is just the latest improvement to make us the transportation provider of choice in the Dallas and Fort Worth market.
